This depends on the individual, however the most popular time of year is coming into or out of summer as it isn’t too hot or too cold. Keep in mind the Blue Mountains is always significantly cooler than Sydney due to the elevation
It does depend on which package you are looking at as well as the time of year. 12 months is really an ideal time frame for all packages but we have people booking anywhere up to a few years in advance. However we do have the ability to get things sorted on much shorter notice, the absolute minimum being just over 1 months notice as it is a legal requirement to complete the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) one month before. Keeping in mind that some months such as Spring are extremely popular and will book out in advance so if you have your heart set on a certain date it is a good idea to secure it early
During your booking, you are hiring our venue and equipment so are therefore responsible for ensuring it is not damaged or stolen. If you accidentally damage something, please just be honest with us. We check the condition of everything before and after every booking including the venue itself, so we will notice. You must pay for anything that is damaged or missing after your booking. We do know that accidents happen and will be as understanding as possible.
Being in nature is what makes our venue so special however naturally we do need to be careful of high wind or rain. We come up with a plan on what we’ll do early on in the process in the event of bad weather and typically go ahead at the venue even if the weather is not ideal. Most people embrace with umbrellas, but we can put up pop up marquees over the bridal party. If you opt for our all inclusive reception option, then we can also look to use the large marquee to have the ceremony under.

There is a lip on the curb to allow wheelchair access from the street. The grassed area leading up to the amphitheatre is quite flat and has been accessed by people in wheelchairs without any issues. Access is also fine for elderly people however anyone with limited mobility will need to sit on the grassed area at the top of the amphitheatre as the remainder of the amphitheatre is all stairs. The Elopement Spot is not wheelchair accessible, however we do have an alternative venue in this instance so please just get in touch with us. You can always view the venue in person via one of our Open Days that we typically run once every 6 months even if this is after you have booked in
Yes, the road leading to our venue is sealed with plenty of street parking to easily accommodate up to 200 guests at the venue. There is no cost for parking outside our venue. Our location is also right in the heart of Leura where you can easily organise a taxi or catch a bus to the bus stop right at the front of our venue.

We have two ceremony sites being the Leuralla Amphitheatre available for all our packages except for the All Inclusive Elopement Package. The other spot is referred to as the Leuralla Elopement Spot and is located on the same property as the Amphitheatre but a different section of the property which looks directly into the back of the 3 sisters as well as Mt Solitary out to your left. We only utilise this venue due to us having exclusive use and also being on private property. It is also fenced, safe for children and accessible for elderly people.
We don’t do one off site visits for individual potential clients as we have a very high amount of enquiry and existing clients. You are either welcome to wait for an Open Day which is roughly every 6 months or you are welcome to go to the venue and check out the area without going onsite as our venue is private property. You can see a bit of the grassed area from the street as well as being able to go down to the public lookouts, Olympian & Elysian Lookout (which join up with each other) and that will give you a good idea on the location and views. You won’t be able to see the actual ceremony sites from outside the venue but we can provide you with a venue walk through video instead.
Please have a look at our Facebook page where we post all of our recent weddings or otherwise get in touch so we can provide some proper examples
We do offer optional upgrades such as food, videography and florals. Please enquire directly with us and we can advise you if it is something we can help with.
As part of our DIY package you can use whatever vendors you wish, we also provide you a list of recommended vendors but you are not obligated to utilise them
Our all inclusive packages are designed to be stress free and easy to organise. Therefore we rarely switch out vendors but we are always open to discussing your custom request and will do our best to accommodate
We cater for everything from a traditional elopement where we provide the witnesses, all the way up to 200 people for both ceremonies and receptions
